The location was perfect, as it was very close to the main square and within walking distance of all the attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the view from the terrace in the evening was absolutely stunning.
The noise from the trams running outside the window, but it was a minor inconvenience that didn't affect my overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with spotlessly clean rooms and a beautiful decor. The hotel facilities were great, including a perfect bar and amazing food. The staff, specifically Emily, Eliza, and Basha, were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was ideal, only a 5-minute walk to the main square and in a very quiet area. The hotel was also close to the castle and all the Christmas markets, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to start our day right.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide selection of dishes, ensuring a good start to the day.
That the air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to figure out, but we managed to sort it out. we were disappointed to find out that the spa was closed for a wedding , as it was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel.

Great location in the heart of the city. The rooms were modern and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The hotel offers a free safe in the room. We received a warm welcome and excellent communication before our trip. The hotel even arranged transportation for us. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of hot and cold options. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
