Hotel had friendly reception. Clean bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed, quiet bedroom. They made my stay quite comfortable. Just 15 min walking to city centre.

The setting was quite amazing within easy reach of Main Square. Close enough to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to the main square and within walking distance of all the attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the view from the terrace in the evening was absolutely stunning.

The noise from the trams running outside the window, but it was a minor inconvenience that didn't affect my overall experience.

The staff, specifically Emily, Eliza, and Basha, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, only a 5-minute walk to the main square and in a very quiet area. The hotel was also close to the castle and all the Christmas markets, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was phenomenal, offering a wide variety of options to start our day right.
